ABOUT US

We are small business based in the UK, providing International Shipping.  As a small business we do not offer free returns, aside from faulty products.

We aim to despatch goods within 3 days. However, in the case of personalised products this aim is 3-7 days.

Shipping costs are detailed at checkout.

RETURNS

The email for return details is create@mdata.uk

FREE returns are only accepted for items which are damaged or faulty.

If you want to return an item due to a change of mind, or anything else, aside from a fault, a shipping cost charge will be applied.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for returns as this protects you for any items lost in the post.

 

EXCHANGES

Please contact us to exchange goods at create@mdata.uk

Goods can be exchanged up to 14 days after purchase.  The exception to this is personalised gifts.  

We do not offer free exchanges, any exchange will require postage payment to be made.

Please obtain proof of posting for returns as this covers you for loss or damage in transit.

Once the goods have been received back in our warehouse we will contact you and ask you to pay a £4.99 P&P charge for the cost of re-packaging and posting your new item.

 

This returns and replacement policy does not affect your statutory rights.
