Every Hoodie tells a Story.  This is Anchor.

This hoodie is Dusty Green with Black flocked applique.  The colour is earthy and natural, designed to help you anchor yourself in your space.

This poem is our motto here at RA Art and features widely across the range of clothing we have.  When you need to anchor yourself, focusing on what you can see and touch is a really good way of doing this.  If you can, connect your body to the ground.  Creating your own headspace whilst connecting to the ground is such a good way to absorb the Earth’s energy.  If you can take your shoes off, even better.  The Earth releases so much energy and we cover our connection to it with rubber soles.  Feel the grass between your toes, in your hands, and the Earth will calm you.  The open heart on your right thumb is a reminder that it is OK to wear your heart on your sleeve and to be open to possibilities.

The anchor reminds you that it is important to connect yourself. We live in gravity and are all anchored to the ground, but feeling and emphasising this is a really good activity if you are feeling overwhelmed.  Place your hand over the symbol and feel the texture, trace the outline with your finger and remember that you can choose to anchor yourself to your space.  Feeling the soft cotton fabric and flocked applique will give you a sensory reminder to be present in the now.
