This message is your reminder to treat yourself how you treat others.   Picture someone you respect, someone you hold dear, someone you are kind to and hold the love in a place.  Think about how you treat them and write those feelings down.  Next time you are hard on yourself, read those feelings.  Repeat them out loud, with one major difference, add an “I am” in front.  If you repeat these frequently you are creating actual connections, or neuro plasticity, along the neuropathways in your mind.  Manifesting good feelings towards yourself is so important and using the phrase “I am” is key to controlling your energy flow to ground you.

If you feel overwhelmed one of the ways to improve that feelings are to look at the constants in your life.  The moon and the stars are a great example.  We don’t always see them, but they are always there, they are constant.  The metaphor for a constant fits well within our brand because the constants will always have your six.  Place your hand over the moon and feel the texture if you are feeling something.  Feeling the soft cotton fabric and flocked applique will give you a sensory reminder to be calm.
