Covering your heart space with weight sends a message to your brain that you're safe, and your brain's response? Much like when you receive a hug, it releases Oxytocin, the safety hormone.

Now here is the safety bit.  We've worked hard to get it right for you so we need you to use it right, ok.

WARNING: This product can cause burns.  Avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin. Take care when removing from the microwave oven do not ingest contents do not overly heat for microwave. Use only only reheat from room temperature heat without removable cover if supplied with this item instructions for use remove all tags and ensure the product is clean and dry before use. Use the heating guide to determine the correct heating times. Ensure all grilling/browning facilities are turned off and do not place near a direct heat source. When first heated the product will feel damp this is quite normal and will stop after a few uses. After this time we recommend placing a small cup of water in the microwave when heating. To use cold, place in a plastic bag and then in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Surface clean regularly with a damp sponge. Optional removable cover covers if supplied with this product should be removed for cleaning. ASTHMA SUFFERS should be aware this product contains natural content such as wheat, millet seeds or cherry stones. In the event of overheating standing in a safe place until fully cooled. Dispose of in normal household waste if worn or damaged. Store in a cool dry place. Use only under adult supervision. Ensure microwave is fully clean and that the turntable can rotate freely. Retain these instructions for future reference.
