The Chinese Symbol for Safe

I chose a Chinese symbol because safety is not always understood.  The things that make you feel safe are not always clear.  The only important thing is that you chose a space, a place or a person to keep you safe when you are not OK.  Place your hand over the symbol and feel the texture, trace the outline with your finger and remember that you can choose to be safe.  Feeling the soft cotton fabric and flocked applique will give you a sensory reminder to be present in the now.
