Taking three big, deep breaths can really help you if you are feeling overwhelmed.  Using a slow box breathing exercise where you breathe in for four, hold for four and breathe out for eight can slow your heart rate in panic, fills your body full of healing oxygen and helps to clear toxins out of the body.  Taking deep breaths and counting can remind you that you have got this, so stop, breathe and be present in the current moment.  You’ve got this.
